Diaspora Hindus often earn well but give poorly — and when they give, it's often to generic charities rather than Dharmic causes. Meanwhile, every other community funds its own institutions systematically.
You don't need to start at 10%. Start at 1%. But start, and make it recurring. A standing order of £20/month to one credible organisation does more over 5 years than a one-time emotional donation of £200.
